Test Success

I did my Old Testament quiz yesterday I got at least 48 out of the 50 questions right . All I have to do now is get good results for my essay and i'll be well away!

I spent most of the day asleep as I had headache yesterday and didn't feel too good so I think I deserve the rest!

Sorry to hear your finding it tough at school. It'll get better I promise. A positive outlook is just what you need. I have tonnes of work to do but the more positive I feel the better I get on. I've written all of my assesments down on a wall calendar so I know what I have to do which makes it so much easier to plan. I know you have your planner to do that so you should maybe try and assign a day to each subject's homework and plan in the things you do each day. Could you do some of your homework at breaks and during your free periods. I started doing my r.e during breaks as I had so much crap to do.

That way you have time to breathe.

Good luck!

hard working

essay writting is hard work!

I'm compleatly shattered and the idea of having to return to school in the morning, for people to give me even more hard work!

i shall be working tomorrow aswell so i will be stressed out by stupid little year 9s that think they are 'well ard' because they can climb over a lock. How amazing of them!

At this point in time i really wish that tomorrow was the start of a long holiday but who knows if i go with a posative attitude i might have a good day!

I've turned into a housewife!

Sorry to here about the bed Gem. Seems a bit strange that you can't pre-order they're loosing out on profit by doing that, can you not order online?.... Nope apparently you can't. But I do know that you want to buy a day bed. I'm taking a wild guess that you want the TROMSNES day-bed based on what it looks like and your sense of style. Nice bed although I may be libel to get my foot wedged at one point as I stick my feet out of the cover at night!

I'm been doing some housework today, i've turned into a housewife... Alhough i'm not actually married so I don't know if I can be one. What do you call and unmarried housewife?... A housespinster?

Anyway it's been hard work. First off I decided to clean the washing maching as it had been dribbling water out of the front of the draw and I guessed it may need cleaning and mum said it probably did as well. So I took the draw out and cleaned that and then cleaned the hole where the draw goes. It was covered in a really thick layer of mushy fabric softner and powder mix. It smelled like it does in the hairdressers when people are having their hair blow dried; like burnt hair. Ew it was so gross. So once i'd done that I put the cleaner stuff mum ad got me into the powder draw. The instructions told me to put it on a short hot wash so I put it on 95 degrees and on economy wash thinking this is waht it would do. In actual fact it did a very long cold wash! Accordng to the washing machine instructions economy wash doesn't heat the water!

Anyway so while the machine was doing that I mopped the floor with our new mop (the other one that was left in the house when we got there was rusted!) Man it was back breaking work but I acctually quite enoyed doing it. I had a great sense of achievement when i'd finished. Now our floor doesn't make a sticking sound when you walk on it.

not in stock!

idiot ikea!!!!!!!! The bed wasn't in stock and won't be in untill friday. You can't pre order them though! Or order over the phone either so later in the week we will have to make the trip again to order the bed so they can deliver us the bed how stupid can you get!

You can test it though when you come home Pinky as long as you dont mind the metal bars!

Ooh a new bed you say?

If your getting a new bed does it mean I can test it out at christmas when we have to share a room?

I'm going shopping at tesco later for some veg and also to look at some cheap christmas ideas, I plan to make your £5 gift... I hope you'll like it. I did have the idea of making an executive marshmellow toaster using a tea light, those mini marshmellows you get for hot chocolates and a box of cocktail sticks. But being as no one in our house can have/likes marshmellows apart from me then it's a pretty useless prezzie!

measuring beds!

woke up to the thought of going to ikea with Graham Kendrick songs playing in the back ground, with the occasional shout from mum to make me get up!

i had to measure my bed so that when we eventually go we can get one thats the right size!

oaks wanted a yr 11 for some small little name calling game!

A day of tranquility

Today has been the complete opposite of peace and tranquility. I was cruelly awoken this morning by my housemate intercom-ing me on our house phone to ask me if I could turn my laptop on and check there wasn't a problem with the network as she couldn't connect to the internet (it was doing the same thing as yours the other day Gizzy) I wasn't best pleased. Then it was raining after lectures but luckily I got a lift home with a friend. My worst moment of the day was when I tried to record the answers to a quiz test I have on Monday. I kept saying things wrong so I had to start over. I wasn't just recording single questions at a time though, I was recording sections of 20 questions at a time so it was tediously boring and extremely stressful at the same time! I said a few choice words to the PC!

Ooh Oaks you say Gizzy, who were they after anyone I know? Oaks were our friends when we were in sixth form. What did you do to upset them?!

strange day

Today has been one strange day! after the madness of a six form social last night to the mono tones and quietness of a depleited dt lesson. I've had all the songs from last night running around my head trying their hardest to annoy me!

A huge gang of Oaks (our rival school) came over trying to find a year 11 quite silly really!

I'm totaly shattered now after notsleeping well last night!
